I'm a licensed couples therapist in private practice, and over the last year I've deepened my focus into something I felt was lacking: helping couples intentionally prepare their relationship for parenthood.

This smaller cohort is intentional — I want to show up fully for each of you, incorporate your feedback, and use this experience to shape the larger course. When these spots are filled, enrollment will close and a waitlist will open for the evergreen version. If you're in your pregnancy window right now, I don't want you to miss this.

When does the course start?
As soon as you enroll. Everything is self-paced — watch modules when it works for you and your partner, together or separately.

How do we use the 1:1 session?
You can schedule it at any point during the course — whatever feels most useful. Some couples use it early to set an intention, others save it for after a particular module or a harder conversation.

What does "founding member" mean?
You're part of the first cohort to go through Us Before Baby. In exchange for a lower investment, I'll ask for your honest feedback and a review at the end. Your experience directly shapes the evergreen version of this course.

What happens after the 20 spots fill?
Enrollment closes and a waitlist opens for the full evergreen course — which will launch at a higher price point. The founding price won't be available again.

How long do we have access?
Lifetime access to all modules, workbooks, and bonus materials. You'll be able to return to any part of the course as you move through pregnancy and into postpartum.
