Meet your coach:
Hi there! I'm so glad you're here :) I am PNW born and raised and married to my high school sweetheart. Together, we have two daughters, and I know the struggles that come along with big relationship changes such as marriage and parenthood. After 13 years in private practice working with couples, I recently made the shift to coaching because I was tired of pathologizing couples who just wanted relationship support. Using my years of experience, I know what it takes to make your relationship thrive, and can't wait to work with you! In my spare time, you might find me experimenting with new recipes, or being outdoorsy with my family and black lab, Maggie.
